Procedure of Shirodhara

4. The liquid is poured over the forehead in a continuous pendular movement
5. The process is carried out for One Muhurta (approximately 48 minutes)
6. After completion, the head is wiped with a towel
7. Rasnadi Powder is applied over the central part of the scalp
