Yoga works on principles of Good conducts and unitization. The Yoga should be practiced with direction of a Good yoga teacher. The Yoga Should be practiced
either in the morning or in the Evening.
We can improve our vision with yoga practices. As All The aashans, Pranayama and Yoga Procedures
are good and the Eyes are most important sense organs, so the Yoga Strengthening and nourishing the
eyes are most beneficial. For this all the breathing Exercises mentioned in PRANAAYAMA like Anuloma-
Viloma provides good oxygenation to lungs, in response to Brain and Eyes provides strengthening to The
Nerves of Eyes.

ANULOMA-VILOMA improves the Functioning of RETINA and Eye Muscles. It improves Dry Eyes also.
KAPALA BHANTI – Kapala Bhanti is also good for the Eye Muscles and for improving the Blood
circulation of Eyes by creating Negative Pressure in periodical Intervals, Good for Thyroid Eye Disease,
Amblyopic Patients, Diabetic Persons and for obese persons.
It should not be practiced by thin Retina Patients, as it will deteriorate Retina more.
TRATAK– Tratak is a good Yogic Practice for Eyes. Tratak is of two types-External and Internal. It is good
for Lazy Eye Patients, The Patients having Coordination problems between two Eyes, The patients having
poor Focusing.
The high Myopic Patients should not practice Tratak. As it give more strain to the Eyes.
